Yes. Every lamp comes with a clear, illustrated manual and all the mounting hardware you need, from unboxing to first light.
The connection to your ceiling or wall wiring is a standard job; we recommend having it done by a qualified electrician, as local rules may require.
Bulbs are included only where the specifications say so.

You can return any of our lamps within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, not installed and in its original packaging.

Where do you ship to?
We deliver to Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Choose your country at the bottom of the page to see prices in your own currency.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order and fully tracked. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. If we collect them, you see them at checkout before you pay; otherwise your local authorities may charge them on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain and Italy. Large items over 80 cm take 10 to 25 business days; the delivery box on each product page shows the estimate for the size you choose. Around holidays and busy periods it can take a little longer.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your lamp is on its way, you receive an email with your tracking link, so you can follow it to your door.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal and Apple Pay. The options for your country are shown at checkout, and every payment is encrypted and SSL-secured.
Can I return my lamp?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Start it in our returns portal or email us at info@kohiku.com.
The lamp must be unused, not installed and in its original packaging. If you change your mind, the return shipping is at your own cost. We usually refund you within 7 days after we receive and check it.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Let us know straight away through our returns portal or by email, with a few photos of the lamp and the packaging if you can. We send you the next steps, and once we have confirmed the issue we cover the reasonable return shipping costs where the law requires it.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Kohiku lamp comes with a 2-year warranty.
